San Francisco is taking aim at voter rolls containing outdated or stolen IDs under a name that appears only on the form required for provisional votes for citizens seeking U.S. federal immigration relief under the federal immigration reinsertment (deportation and removal) program called "Voluntary Deportable Residents."
