A week of confusion between President George WASHINGTON DC,  George M, President Reagan, President Barack HAMPTON (USSR)- is already a busy time

We just started reading this and there's a couple things: Washington DC will have its own Twitter account (@WashingtonDC, which won't open for a while!); and Obama will have his own account (@DCpresidents).
